Don’t spy on me I love sitting/ laying it it. But it sure is hard to get in and out. I’m 54, and not obese, yet this chair challenges my self respect and dignity. Someone should line these up by a hotel pool and install video cameras. The footage would be priceless!

Much bigger than expected. It arrives as one heavy package – I’m going to guess about 60-70lbs. This is definitely a 2 person assembly job.The assembly – two peeps took a good 90 minutes. The arc connects to the base with 5 bolts…unfortunately the threads were none to minimal. Thankfully I found a rachet and was able to connect – otherwise would have been painful. The instruction manual had left and right mixed up – wasted a few minutes there. The umbrella is the weak link here – cheap plastic…

Throw the stand away. The chaise is wonderful. The stand is poorly executed and designed. The arm the chair hangs from is bolted into the base and has too much freeplay. It swivels to the right or left changing the center of gravity for the chair which then falls over with the unfortunate occupant. This could be corrected by welding these parts together or a redesign that eliminates the freeplay and rotation.
